BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please read these carefully. By making this booking (either for yourself or on behalf of any other passenger), you accept all the terms and conditions of Moon2Holidays.
DEPOSITS & TICKETS ARE NEITHER REFUNDABLE NOR CHANGEABLE (Terms & Conditions May Apply)
Unless otherwise specified, all deposits paid and tickets purchased/issued are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show (failure to arrive at the departure airport on time), tickets are non-changeable before or after departure (date changes are not permitted). Once flights are reserved, bookings/tickets are non-transferable to any other person, meaning name changes are not allowed. Issued tickets are also non-re-routable.
If you reserve a flight with an advance partial payment (initial deposit), please note that fares and taxes may increase at any time without prior notice. The price is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued. Airlines or consolidators have the right to increase fares/taxes at any time, and you will be responsible for paying any difference. We recommend paying and issuing your ticket as soon as possible to avoid this situation. Furthermore, if you cancel your reservation for any reason, paid deposits will be non-refundable.
CHECKING ALL FLIGHT DETAILS & PASSENGER NAMES
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are correct, including passenger names (as shown on passports/travel documents), travel dates, transit times, origin & destination, stopovers, baggage allowance, and other flight information. Once the ticket is issued, no changes can be made unless specifically allowed.
PASSPORT, VISA & IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for checking all passport, visa (including transit visa), and other immigration requirements. Please consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate well in advance of departure, as requirements may change. Moon2Holidays cannot accept liability if you are denied boarding, fail to clear immigration, or fail to provide required documents. For travel advice, we recommend checking UK Foreign Travel Advice

RECONFIRMING RETURN/ONWARD FLIGHTS
It is your responsibility to reconfirm flights at least 72 hours before departure, either with your travel agent or directly with the airline. Moon2Holidays will not be liable for any additional costs due to failure to reconfirm.
INSURANCE AND BAGGAGE LOSS
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. You are responsible for ensuring your travel insurance covers your needs and that you meet all health and vaccination requirements for your destination. Moon2Holidays is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage. You must contact the airline directly for such claims.
SPECIAL REQUESTS AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
For special requests such as meal preferences, seat allocation, or wheelchair assistance, please inform us at the time of ticket issuance. We will pass requests to the airline but cannot guarantee fulfillment. Failure to meet any special request will not hold Moon2Holidays liable.
COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, entry requirements vary by country and may change with short notice. You are responsible for complying with all entry and exit requirements, which may include negative PCR tests, temperature checks, or forms.
If flights are affected by COVID-19, airline policies will apply. Airlines may offer future date changes or credit vouchers instead of refunds. If a full refund is allowed, an admin fee per person will apply, and processing may take up to 3 months. If you choose not to board an operating flight, you will not be eligible for a refund, and airline cancellation rules will apply.
VERY IMPORTANT
Moon2Holidays is not responsible for losses due to airline failure to operate caused by weather, war, natural disasters, pandemics, riots, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are strongly advised to arrange separate travel and health insurance.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN DETAIL
By making a purchase/reservation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these booking conditions on behalf of your party/dependents. Please read all terms carefully.
These conditions apply to all bookings. They are split into three parts:
Part 1: Applies to all bookings (holiday, package, flight-only, hotel-only, car hire, insurance, or any other purchase).
Part 2: Applies to bookings classified as "Packages" as per your holiday contract.
Part 3: Applies to bookings classified as "Other Travel Arrangements" and may be subject to additional conditions as described above.
